Job Role: Accounts Payable Team Leader
Job Location: Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the daily operations and be the main contact person for the Accounts Payable Department
• Manage the team to ensure that invoices are recorded timely and accurately
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure that issues with the purchase orders, invoices and payments are resolved
• Plan and allocate resources effectively
• Providing analytical support on the accrual process and calculations
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable with at least two years of experience in managing a team
• Bachelor’s (or Master’s) Degree related to Accounting, Business or Finance
• Good communication and leadership skills and proactive in resolving issues
• Ensure all monthly closing activities are performed correctly and according to agreed deadlines
• Bi-lingual – English and Arabic
• Experience in using SAGE X3 an advantage
